Our map legend shows Pull Thru, Deluxe Pull Thru, Premium Pull Thru, K9 Corner Pull Thru, Back-In, and Deluxe Back-In sites.
How do I choose a loop near the clubhouse/pool/pickleball or dog park?
Open the Resort Map, identify the area you prefer, and add your preference in your reservation notes. Placement depends on availability.

Rig Eligibility & RV Age Guidelines
To keep the resort experience consistent, nightly/weekly RV reservations follow a 20-year guideline, with an approval option for older, well-kept rigs.
Is there an RV age requirement?
Yes. Nightly/weekly reservations are for RVs 20 years or newer. If your rig is older than 20 years but in excellent condition or restored, email photos of all 4 sides to brrvinfo@crrhospitality.com for approval before reserving.
Do longer reservations require additional vehicle details?
For reservations longer than 30 days, your RV year/make/model and license plate information may be required along with proof of insurance and registration.
Do you allow tents on RV sites?
No. Tents are not allowed on RV sites.
Arrival, Check-In, Speed & Quiet Hours
These basics help you arrive smoothly and keep the resort peaceful for everyone.
What time is RV check-in and check-out?
RV check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available—contact Guest Services to ask.
What is the speed limit inside the resort?
The speed limit is 10 mph.
What are quiet hours?
Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Where do I check in?
Check in at the Resort Store / Office area shown on the Resort Map.
Guests, Vehicles & Visitors
These rules help keep roads clear and sites comfortable.
How many people can stay on one RV site?
There is a maximum occupancy of six (6) persons per site.
How many vehicles are allowed per RV site?
One (1) RV is permitted per site and up to two (2) passenger vehicles are permitted per site. Vehicles must fit within your site and not encroach on roads.
Can I have visitors?
Visitors must check in at Guest Services/Office and obtain a required parking pass. Additional charges may apply for day use and overnight guests.
Pets & K9 Corner
We’re pet-friendly, and K9 Corner is built for dog travel with extra-long pull-thrus and quick dog-park access.
Are pets allowed at the resort?
Yes. A maximum of 3 pets is permitted, and pets must be on a 6-foot or shorter leash.
Are pets allowed in resort buildings?
Pets are not allowed in resort buildings, except as permitted by ADA guidelines.
What is K9 Corner?
K9 Corner sites are pull-thru RV sites that are 75’ in length, and K9 Corner reservations include one doggy bag per reservation.
Can I get a doggy bag if I don’t book K9 Corner?
Yes—doggy bags are available for purchase at the Resort Store or can be added to your reservation.
Are pets allowed in the pool area?
Resort rules state pets are not allowed in the pool area; service animals may enter but must remain attended outside of the water features.
Discounts & Promo Codes
Promo codes are entered during checkout and must be typed exactly as shown.
Where do I enter promo codes?
Promo codes are entered in the reservation Shopping Cart after providing your contact info but before payment. Promo codes are case-sensitive.
Do you offer a weekly discount?
Yes. Weekly prices receive a 25% reduction when you book 7 or more nights using promo code WEEKLY.
What membership discounts do you offer?
Current codes include AAA (AAA), Escapees (ESCAPEES), Explorer (EXPLORER), FRVA (FRVA), Good Sam (GOODSAM), HERO (Military/Veteran/First Responder), and NAARVA (NAARVA10).
Does Passport America apply?
Yes—Passport America is valid for Back-In sites only, year-round except holiday weekends, using code PASSPORT.
Site Rules: Fires, Sewer, Trash & Tidiness
These rules protect the resort, your neighbors, and the desert environment.
Are campfires allowed?
Fire pits must be raised off the ground and have a screened cover. Fireworks are prohibited. Check with Guest Services for current fire restriction information.
Where do I put trash?
Place all garbage in designated dumpsters. Dumpster locations are shown on the resort map.
What sewer rules should I know?
Ground disposal of gray/black water is prohibited. Connections must be tight with a collar/donut at the sewer outlet, and formaldehyde is not allowed.
What site items are not allowed?
Resort rules prohibit tents, clotheslines, vehicle washing, and repairs at sites. Sites must be kept orderly and tidy.

What amenities do you offer?
Amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry facility, clubhouse, business center, bathhouse, resort store, golf cart rentals, heated pool, billiards, pickleball courts, hot tub, fitness center, ping pong, shuffleboard, playground, fire pit rentals, and walking trails.
What are the pool hours?
Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Where are the clubhouse and courts located?
The Resort Map shows the clubhouse area and nearby amenities (pool/hot tub and pickleball courts).

Can I receive USPS mail at the resort?
Per the Mail Service FAQ, guests are not permitted to receive mail from the United States Postal Service at the resort.
Can I ship packages to myself?
Non-perishable packages can be delivered via UPS or FedEx when addressed correctly.
Are there package size or weight limits?
Packages over 3’ x 3’ x 3’ or heavier than 30 lbs will be refused and returned to sender.
