Booking & Arrival

These answers help you arrive smoothly and understand check-in basics before you pull in.

What time is check-in and check-out for RV sites?

RV site check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your reservation—contact Guest Services to confirm.

Vacation rental check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out instructions are provided in your rental.

We’re located at 105 N 339th Ave, Tonopah, AZ 85354.

Check-in is handled at the Resort Store / Office.

The speed limit is 10 mph.

Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

RV Sites & Site Types

Here’s what to know about RV sites, hookups, rig guidelines, and choosing your loop.

How many RV sites do you have, and what hookups are available?

We have 406 RV sites with 30/50 AMP service, Wi-Fi, and both back-in and pull-thru access.

Yes. Our Resort Map shows site types (Pull Thru, Deluxe Pull Thru, Premium Pull Thru, K9 Corner Pull Thru, Back-In, Deluxe Back-In) and amenities like the pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts.

Nightly/weekly reservations are for recreational vehicles 20 years or newer. If your rig is older than 20 years but in excellent condition or restored, email photos of all four sides to brrvinfo@crrhospitality.com for approval before reserving.

Only one RV is permitted per site and up to two passenger vehicles per site. Maximum occupancy is six people per site, and vehicles must fit within your site without encroaching on roads.

Tents are not allowed on sites.

Tents, clotheslines, vehicle washing, and repairs are not allowed.

Use the Resort Map to identify the area you prefer, then add your preference in your reservation notes. Placement is always subject to availability.

Cabins

Cabins are a great option for non-RVers, visiting family, or anyone who wants a furnished stay with resort amenities.

What are your cabins like?

We offer tastefully fitted, fully furnished park model cabins with one- and two-bedroom floor plans. All rentals are climate-controlled and have cozy patios.

Cabins include a full bathroom, linens, porch, barbecue, cookware & dishes, TV, picnic tables, Wi-Fi, and pet-friendly options.

Some cabins have pet-friendly options. Vacation rental rules note that pet-friendly units may require an additional fee and pets must be listed on the reservation.

Vacation rental check-in is 4:00 PM.

Smoking is not permitted in vacation rentals; a cleaning fee may apply if there is indication of smoking in a unit.

Monthly Stays

Monthly stays are designed for guests staying 1+ months, including snowbirds and work assignments.

What rigs are eligible for monthly stays?

Monthly reservations are for Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, and Travel Trailers that are 20 years or newer. Pop-ups and truck campers are not permitted for monthly stays.

Monthly reservations can be booked for up to 5 months, and monthly bookings cannot exceed 5 months at a time.

Yes. Monthly reservations require a 50% deposit of the first month if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival. If booked 30 days or less prior, a deposit equal to the full month is required.

Monthly stays are charged an electric fee.

No promo code is needed. Monthly bookings are entered as the same day-to-same day (example: January 24 to February 24).

Guests staying 1 month or more must provide RV and tow/pull vehicle registration and insurance to the office prior to arrival.

Yes. A method of payment is required on file, and monthly payments are set to automatic payments (auto-pay). Any exception must be approved by management in advance.

Monthly reservations are due on the 1st day of the billing cycle with a 2-day grace period. On the 3rd day, the ejection process begins.

Discounts & Promo Codes

Promo codes and membership discounts are entered during checkout, and the cart will confirm whether the discount applied.

Where do I enter promo codes?

Promo codes are entered in the reservation Shopping Cart after providing contact info but before providing payment information. Promo codes are case-sensitive.

Yes. Weekly prices are subject to a 25% reduction if you book 7 or more nights using promo code WEEKLY.

Current codes include AAA (AAA), Escapees (ESCAPEES), Explorer (EXPLORER), FRVA (FRVA), Good Sam (GOODSAM), Military/Veteran/First Responder (HERO), and NAARVA (NAARVA10).

Yes—Passport America is available year-round except holiday weekends and is valid for Back-In sites only using code PASSPORT.

Yes. Traveling nurses receive 10% off monthly RV rates on select Deluxe Back-In, Premium Back-In, and Pull Thru RV sites.

Pets & K9 Corner

We’re pet-friendly, and K9 Corner is designed to make dog travel easier.

Are pets allowed at the resort?

Yes. Resort rules allow a maximum of 3 pets, and pets must be on a 6-foot or shorter leash.

Pets must be leashed except in designated areas like the fenced dog park. Waste stations are located throughout the park for convenience.

Pets are not allowed in resort buildings except as permitted by ADA guidelines.

K9 Corner sites are pull-thru RV sites that are 75’ in length. K9 Corner reservations include a doggy bag with a treat bag for your pup (one doggy bag per reservation).

Yes—doggy bags are available for purchase at the Resort Store or can be added to your reservation.

Pool rules note that pets are not allowed in the pool area. Service animals may enter the pool area but must be attended by their owner outside of the pool/water feature.

Amenities & Resort Rules

These are the most common on-site questions guests ask once they arrive.

What amenities do you have on site?

Amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry facility, clubhouse, business center, bathhouse, resort store, golf cart rentals, heated pool, billiards, pickleball courts, hot tub, fitness center, ping pong, shuffleboard, playground, fire pit rentals, and walking trails.

Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The clubhouse includes the swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and game room.

Yes—there are bathhouse/laundry buildings with showers, restrooms, laundry machines, and vending machines.

Firewood and ice are listed as available at the Resort Store/Office area.

Fire pits must be raised off the ground and have a screened cover. Fireworks are prohibited. Firewood is available for purchase at the store, and Guest Services can confirm current fire restriction information.

Place all garbage in designated dumpsters; locations are indicated on the resort map.

Ground disposal of grey/black water is prohibited. Connections must be tight with a collar/donut at the sewer outlet, and formaldehyde is not allowed.

Mail & Packages

If you’re staying longer, here’s what to know about packages and mail handling.

Can I receive USPS mail at the resort?

No. Guests are not permitted to receive mail from the United States Postal Service at Buckeye Ranch. Any mail received will be returned to sender.

Yes—non-perishable packages can be delivered via UPS or FedEx when addressed properly.

Yes. Packages over 3’ x 3’ x 3’ or heavier than 30 lbs will be refused and returned to sender.

No. The resort will not notify guests; it’s up to the guest to check for deliveries. Anything left unclaimed after 30 days will be returned to sender.

Yes, but some Amazon suppliers ship via USPS, which will not be accepted.

You may drop off outgoing mail at the Resort Store, but Post Office drop-off may be delayed. If urgent, drop directly at the local Post Office listed in the Mail Service FAQ.

RV & Vehicle Storage

Storage is a separate service for guests and locals who want a secure place to keep RVs, boats, trailers, or vehicles.

Do you offer covered and uncovered storage?

Yes—there are covered and open-air storage options, with over 400 storage sites.

Storage sites range from 30’ to 50’ and can accommodate RVs, boats, trailers, and automobiles.

The facility includes gated access, surveillance cameras, and on-site staff.

Do you host rallies or group stays?

Yes—submit a Rally Inquiry with your dates, rigs per night, and whether you need event space.

Include rally name, contact info, check-in/check-out dates, number of rigs per night, whether you need event space, and site preferences.

Use the Resort Map to identify preferred loop areas and note preferences in your inquiry; placement depends on availability.
