Building in the West Valley? Kick off your boots and settle in.
Buckeye is growing faster than the framing crews can keep up — Teravalis, Tartesso, Sundance, and Verrado are all rising at once. While your new place comes together, Buckeye Ranch is your basecamp: fully furnished cabins, spacious full-hookup RV sites, and a heated pool waiting at the end of the day.

Your build and your stay, side by side
Home construction rarely runs on a fixed clock. Here’s roughly how the two timelines tend to line up, so you can plan your stay around your actual move-in date instead of a guess.
The Build
Lot & Permits
Site prep, permitting, and utilities go in before a single wall goes up.
Foundation & Framing
The structure takes shape — often the most photographed stage.
Interior & Finishes
Drywall, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures — usually the longest stretch.
Walkthrough & Close
Final inspection, punch list, and keys in hand.
The Stay at Buckeye Ranch

What people ask before they book
Where can I stay near Buckeye while my new home is being built?
Buckeye Ranch RV Resort is just off I-10 in Tonopah, about 20 minutes from Buckeye’s growing corridor, with fully furnished cabins and full-hookup RV sites built for exactly this situation — whether you’re building in Teravalis, Tartesso, Sundance, Verrado, or elsewhere in the West Valley.
How long can I stay during a home build?
As long as your build takes. Stays can run a few weeks or several months, and monthly rates are available for both the cabins and the RV sites.
Do I need to bring my own RV, or can I book a cabin instead?
Either works. Bring your own rig and use one of our 75-ft full-hookup pull-throughs, or skip the setup entirely and book a fully furnished cabin — both are built for everyday living, not just a short visit.
Is this only for full-time RVers, or can I book short-term during a move?
Both. Our guests range from full-time and seasonal RVers to families mid-relocation who need a home base for a defined stretch of time.
Let's find the right stay for your timeline
Tell us roughly when your build is expected to close, and we’ll help you figure out whether a furnished cabin or an RV site makes more sense for your family.
